'High School Musical': What Are These 9 Wildcats Up To Now?

High School Musical

On Wednesday (Jan. 20) the East High Wildcats from ' High School Musical ' reunited (minus Zac Efron ) for a 10th anniversary special. Hard to believe it's been 10 years since we first heard 'Get'cha Head in the Game' and 'Stick to the Status Quo.'

Amidst all these celebrations and memories, we've caught up with the main cast from the Disney Channel franchise, but what about the other students (and teachers) who roamed the halls of East High? What have they been up to since the series ended in 2008?

WHAT TEAM? WILDCATS!

  1. Chris Warren, Jr. — 'Zeke Baylor' Disney / Chris Warren, Jr./Instagram

Since 'HSM,' Warren, Jr. appeared in 'Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel' as Xander, the high school bully who helped torment the chipmunks. He also returned to Disney Channel in the show 'Good Luck Charlie' and acted in MTV's own show ' The Hard Times of RJ Berger .' More recently, Warren, Jr. had a recurring role as Ty Hensdale on ' The Fosters .'

  2. Olesya Rulin — 'Kelsi Nielsen' Disney / Jason LaVeris/FilmMagic

After playing music composer Kelsi, Rulin played Abby on 'Greek' from 2009-2011. Furthermore, she's guest-starred on crime shows 'NCIS,' 'CSI: Miami' and 'The Mentalist.' In 2015, Rulin starred in the PlayStation original series 'Powers,' a show about humans and superheroes coexisting. She also shared some sweet messages to her fans on Twitter about the reunion.

  3. KayCee Stroh — 'Martha Cox' Disney / Clayton Chase/Getty Images for LG Music Lodge

The girl who loved to 'pop, and lock, and jam, and break' is now a mother of two. Stroh and her husband Ben Higginson welcomed their second daughter in Oct. 2015. In 2011, she had a recurring role on the webseries comedy ' Shapetown, USA .' Look for her next year in 'Holly, Jingles and Clyde 3D,' co-starring Steven Anthony Lawrence , aka Beans from ' Even Stevens .'

  4. Ryne Sanborn — 'Jason Cross' Disney / Andrew H. Walker/Getty Images

Unfortunately, the most recent pic of Ryne Sanborn we could find was from 2009. After filming the third 'HSM,' Sanborn quit acting and attended college in Utah, majoring in architecture and playing ice hockey, according to J-14 .

  5. Nick Whitaker — 'Alan' Disney / Wheel of 9 Productions/Epic Level TV

Although he had very little screen time in 'HSM,' Whitaker was the dude who completely messed up the lyrics to 'What I've Been Looking For' during the hilarious audition scene . Plus, he had an uncredited role in 'HSM 3' as a spring musical guitar player. A few months after 'HSM' premiered, Whitaker acted in another DCOM, 'Read It and Weep,' playing Kay Panabaker 's brother. More recently, he starred in a 'Wheel of Time' fanfilm ' Flight from Shadow ,' and doesn't appear to have acted since 2013.

  6. Dutch Whitlock — 'Skater/cello guy' Disney / Salt Lake County Police Department

The adorkable skater dude who secretly played the cello has hit a rough patch since his 'HSM' days. In 2008, Whitlock was arrested for armed robbery , and sentenced to a year in jail for his crime. Whitlock plead guilty to third-degree felony attempted robbery, and was put on 'probation for 3 years and ordered...to complete substance abuse treatment.' He hasn't acted since 2007.

  7. Alyson Reed — 'Ms. Darbus' Disney / Jesse Grant/WireImage

Everyone's favorite drama teacher reprised her role in the hopeful 'HSM' spin-off, 'Madison High,' starring Katherine McNamara and Luke Benward. Unfortunately, the pilot was not picked up for a series. Reed has guest starred on several different shows, including ' Mad Men ,' ' Modern Family ,' 'Desperate Housewives' and 'Grey's Anatomy.' Her most recent project was on 'Major Crimes.' Oh, and she's the voice of Adria the Witch in the 'Diablo III' video game.

  8. Bart Johnson — 'Coach Jack Bolton' Disney / Tommaso Boddi/WireImage

Zefron's hot TV dad has been killin' the Instagram game lately. In light of the 10th anniversary, Johnson's been uploading stills from 'HSM' with super long, hilarious captions. (I don't even know how to describe them; just check them out for yourself .) In 2008, Johnson directed/wrote/starred in the short film 'The Run,' which 'is a prelude to a feature length film of the same title,' according to his website . He had a recurring role as Beau Berkhalter on 'The Client List,' and more recently can be seen on Amazon's 'Gortimer Gibbon's Life on Normal Street.' According to his IMDb page , he's rumored to be starring in the 2017 fantasy film 'Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys.'

  9. Drew Seeley — Singing voice for 'Troy Bolton' Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic / Paul Redmond/WireImage

A multi-talented musician and actor, Seeley was actually the original singing voice for Troy in the first film (sorry, Zefron). Not to mention Seeley wrote 'Get'cha Head in the Game' and actually played Troy on the concert tour. According to Just Jared Jr. , Seeley provided the vocals in the first place so Efron could work 'on his vocals...to perform in 'HSM 2' and 'Hairspray.'' Unfortunately, Seeley's received backlash on Twitter from trolls after he tweeted a photo from his 'HSM' concert days and people thought he was saying he was Efron. Ugh, the internet.

Since then, Seeley wrote and performed music for the DCOM 'Jump In!.' Moreover, his 'spin on America’s ‘Magic’ was released on the ' Wizards of Waverly Place ' soundtrack,' according to his website . He's acted in ' Pitch Perfect ,' 'Glory Daze' and 'Do Over,' the latter co-starring Jonathan Bennett from ' Mean Girls .' His album 'The Resolution' debuted in 2011 and he's released several singles as well. Currently, Seeley plays Bob Gaudio in the musical 'Jersey Boys,' touring the U.S. and Canada.
