When Dance Moms star Maddie Ziegler , then 11, got the call to dance in Sia 's 'Chandelier' music video, she logically assumed a chandelier would play into the choreography.

'I had no clue what I was getting into,' Ziegler told New York Magazine . 'I just knew some of her songs and I thought I was going to be, like, a background dancer with some other people. I thought I was going to be swinging from a chandelier.'

Obviously, she was wrong.

Two years and 1 billion views later, Ziegler's talent is more astounding than ever. She later starred in more Sia videos: 'Elastic Heart' with Shia LaBeouf , 'Big Girls Cry,' 'Cheap Thrills.' In each, she donned Sia's trademark platinum blonde hair with blunt, choppy bangs.

But that unforgettable wig came off this summer for Fox's So You Think You Can Dance . Ziegler, now 13, is judging fellow young dancers on the hit reality show. Turns out she looks wayyy different without Sia's locks. Observe:
